The symmetrical 41 mm case of this Aqua Terra watch is crafted from polished and brushed stainless steel, and is presented on a matching steel bracelet.
The dial is PVD-coated and lacquered to create a unique Summer Blue gradient dial with a sun-brushed finish, and a dial hue that echoes the watch's 150-metre water resistance. The dial features a "teak" texture, rhodium-plated hands and indexes, and is topped with a distinctive light blue Super-LumiNova coating with a light blue date window.
Seamaster in Summer Blue watches come with a unique and monumental case back. The Seahorse logo on the caseback depicts Poseidon, the god of the sea, driving two seahorses with a trident, one for the Seahorse logo originally designed by OMEGA in 1956, and one for today's Seahorse Logo. At the heart of the watch is the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 8900, certified by the Supreme Chronometer Institute of Metrology (METAS) in Switzerland, which meets the industry's highest standards in terms of precision, magnetic resistance and overall performance.
